Summary: A weekly Podcast in which coach Chris Hauth offers advice, observations and tips for his group of Ultra Endurance athletes. Topics mostly include mindset, training and current coaching philosophies but can easily veer off into random topics that come up in the ultra endurance world. Chris coaches endurance athletes, whether for organized events such as Ironman and Ultras or extreme events that are defined by the athlete along with Chris.
