5R20- For the first episode of our "Heat Stories" anthology, Ethan and Chris are joined by Miami Heat sideline reporter Jason Jackson (@TheJaxShow) to take a trip down memory lane during his 14 years with the franchise. We cover the franchise's biggest figures and what they mean to Jax and us. Discussed are Pat Riley, Erik Spoelstra, Dwyane Wade, LeBron James, Udonis Haslem, Shaq and Alonzo Mourning. 5R19- Ethan and Chris are joined by Chris Kouffman, AKA @ckparrot on Twitter, to discuss what the Dolphins can do in the upcoming NFL Draft. More specifically, we discuss which young player supplants LeBron James as the next face of the league. We cover four major players: Anthony Davis (3:10), Giannis Antetokounmpo (12:05), Joel Embiid (21:30), Kyrie Irving (29:30), and cover the rest of the potential candidates in "the field" (39:05) like Donovan Mitchell, Ben Simmons and even Lonzo Ball.

5R16- Ethan and Chris break down the first 3 years of Mike Tannenbaum's moves as head of personnel for the Miami Dolphins as he enters his 4th offseason. 5R15- Ethan and Chris are joined by NFL insider Jason Cole to break down the quarterback market in the NFL. Cole describes this market as unique in the history of NFL free agency. Where does Kirk Cousins end up? Where do the dominoes fall depending on where he goes? Which teams will turn to the draft? What do the Dolphins do with Ryan Tannehill? Those questions and more answered.

5R14: Ethan and Chris examine NBA national TV ratings being up 15% year over year while NFL ratings have gone down the last 2 years and why that's happened. Among things discussed: the NBA having many more marketable stars like LeBron James and Kevin Durant and Stephen Curry, the NBA skewing younger, how politics have affected both in the Trump era, the neverending transactions and storylines in the NBA, and the NFL's ongoing issues with concussions.

5R13- The NBA is at the All-Star break. Ethan and Chris cover the biggest questions in the Western Conference with about a third of the season left to play. Are the Golden State Warriors vulnerable? Are the Houston Rockets a real threat to beat the Warriors in the playoffs? Can Oklahoma City, Minnesota, or San Antonio ruin that Golden State-Houston matchup? Which team, other than the Lakers, at the bottom of the conference is best set up for a rebuild?

5R12- Ethan and Chris try to answer the big questions surrounding the Eastern Conference as the NBA regular season enters the final third of the season. Will Boston or Toronto top the conference? How much of a threat is Cleveland after the trades? Who breaks away from the middle of the pack: Indiana, Milwaukee, Washington, Philadelphia, Miami? Who is tanking the best? We discuss these questions and more.

5R11- We use Vegas odds as a launching point to discuss where it makes sense for LeBron James to go next season. We cover the idea of LBJ going to the Houston Rockets, Los Angeles Lakers, Miami Heat, Philadelphia 76ers, San Antonio Spurs, and Golden State Warriors. And, of course, after the greatest regular season win ever on Sunday in Boston, LeBron just staying in Cleveland.

5R10- Ethan and Chris react to the shocking news that Dwyane Wade has been traded from the Cleveland Cavaliers to the Miami Heat. We break down what it means for him and what it means for the Heat. Plus, we look into the flurry of other activity from the Cavs. Did they actually get closer to winning the title or keeping LeBron James? That, and a look at all the moves that happened around the NBA  and how they affect the playoff races.

5R9: Chris works the trade machine to pitch ideas for trades that the Miami Heat can make to Ethan. The guys discuss what Miami could get for Hassan Whiteside, Goran Dragic, Wayne Ellington, and Kelly Olynyk, if they chose to trade any of them. Also, can they get any team to take Tyler Johnson's contract? Would the Heat be willing to part with Justise Winslow or Bam Adebayo for a piece that can help them win now? 5R8- Ethan and Chris look back at the incredible Super Bowl 52 and use it as a launching point to review the NFL season as a whole. We talk about the lessons to be taken from a team with Nick Foles as its quarterback winning it all, how improvement doesn't necessarily translate from one season to the next (see the Raiders), the revelation that was Tony Romo in the broadcast booth, and how ratings and interest in the NFL declined again. 5R7- Following a loss to the Cavaliers, Ethan and Chris break down the state of the Heat's offense, which currently sits 26th in the NBA in offensive rating. We explore if the Heat have too many redundancies on their roster, the lack of offensive creators in the team, James Johnson's regression, a struggle to find a lineup that works, and how Miami's defense mitigates their struggles. 5R6- Ethan and Chris tackle the most difficult decision the Miami Dolphins face: What should they do at quarterback?
