A married couple were arguing who is making the coffee, the wife said that in the Bible it says that men should make the coffee and the husband asked her where it said that. The wife opened the Bible and said: "Right here in HEBREWS!" Listener Feedback From: Pastor Dee Subject: Pistol Packin Preacher Hey Troy Enjoy your show, thanks for doing a great job along with Doug on bringing the Truth into our favorite activity. I carry everyday and started carrying on Sundays about 3 years ago on a regular basis. I have had a permit for 19 years but didn't always carry in church. But lately I felt I should be a better prepared shepherd. After attending a Sheepdog seminar, I realized I wasn't alone in my attitude towards protecting the flock. If you still need someone to be on the panel feel free to call or write. In His service Pastor Dario Cairoli __________________________________________ Subject: Encouragement and some possible advice Troy, I just wanted to encourage you on this great podcast. I've been powering through all the shows for the past couple months, and I love all the various insights you have on Christian living and firearms in general. One thing that I really wanted to write to you about is your struggle with your weight. It comes up occasionally in the show, and I just wanted to share my 'weight testimony'. I completely understand that you may not be interested in advice from an internet stranger, but I felt convicted to share since you often mention that it is a struggle for you. I am around 6', and 2 years ago, I weighed around 230 pounds. Not too overweight, but I have always had that extra belly for nearly my whole life. 2 years ago, I learned about the keto diet. It basically flips everything you know about nutrition on its head in that fats are actually good for you, and sugar/carbohydrates are terrible. Following the diet, I lost around 30 pounds in the first 3 months, and because of how easy it was to maintain, I gradually lost 20 more pounds and kept that weight off for 2 years now. I now weigh around ~175lbs. This was from eating all the eggs, cheese, steak, and bacon I wanted, with minimal exercise. The absolute kicker is that all my blood work (cholesterol, triglycerides, glucose, etc) IMPROVED since changing to this lifestyle. My heart has never been healthier. The reason why I am so passionate about this lifestyle is because the general public is so misinformed about nutrition in general (sort of like firearms). The media demonizes fats and praises the health benefits of whole grains when this is not correct. In any case, if you are still interested at this point, please let me know cause I would love to tell you more details and do not want to scare you away with a wall of text. Ultimately, if you like bacon, eggs, and steak more than cake and brownies, then this lifestyle change is for you. Hope you continue with the show, and I will be praying for you and your struggle. --Tim Weekly Bible Verse Proverbs 4:1-13 (ESV) Hear, O sons, a father’s instruction, and be attentive, that you may gain insight, for I give you good precepts; do not forsake my teaching. When I was a son with my father,  tender, the only one in the sight of my mother,
