To me, that's the cornerstone of everything.<br> You know, I saw something the other day online that said 10 things you must have in your goat medicine cabinet. In 2002 she moved her family from Chicago suburbs to a 32 acre parcel on a creek in the middle of nowhere. Together they started raising goats, sheep, cattle, pigs and poultry to provide 100% of their meat and eggs.<br> They have a garden and fruit trees for fresh produce, and they make their own sweeteners with a little help from these and maple trees.<br> She's authored several books including,Homegrown &amp; Handmade, Eco Thrifty and Raising Goats Naturally. She's currently at work on her sixth book.<br> If all that wasn't enough, Deborah puts on workshops across the United States and Canada. She's presented at the Mother Earth News Fairs in North Carolina and Maryland.
