Hunter moved to Florida in her early teens and has lived there ever since, enjoying the mild weather and abundance of wildlife.   She even spent several hurricane seasons raising orphan squirrels.   She graduated from the University of Central Florida and has spent her working career in the legal profession.  Her first novel was inspired by her daughter, as well as her need to escape from the real world once in a while.    Jennifer has enjoyed creating art for as long as she can remember, and it’s something she carries with her as she grew up. Vivid colors, energy and a sense of life are what she finds most powerful in art works, and something she tries to capture in her own creations. Jennifer is continuing this dream, working as a freelance illustrator and concept artist while going to college and working towards her Master's degree. She uses many different mediums, such as inks, acrylics and digital painting, even combinations of different mediums in her artistic process.
