Wow! What a great job you guys did with that! I would give it 10 out of 10! Thank you for that great podcast! While I was listening I felt inspired to send you over my wish list so here it goes”.... (wish list at end of show notes).   Jeff says: “Hey guys I know I'm a little behind but I just finished listening to the violent video game podcast. I am an adult Christian gamer and I love to play military style shooters. I enjoy them not for the violence but because I enjoy playing the hero. As a matter of fact I dislike games that have a shady hero or allow the player to immoral actions, violent or not. Just had to put my 2 cents worth in lol. Thanks and keep up the good work.  P.S. do either of you guys game? Let me know and maybe we and play together.” (His PSN tag is threeinone / his Xbox gamertag is THR33IN0N3)   Wes says: “Hey Mike and Zack, This is my first contact with you guys. I live in western North Carolina. I serve as a deacon at my home church in a small town of less than 6,000 people. I'm also a short terms missionary to Argentina each year for about two weeks. I started listening to your podcast at about the 8th or 9th one and have been hooked ever since. As a Christian, I am not a violent person, but will not think twice about defending my family in any way necessary. I really appreciate how you handle the topics which are brought up on your broadcast. They are relevant to us today, but also, how we should handle anything we may encounter, is rooted historically in God's Word. It is cool how you guys bring that aspect to the table. Thanks. The Aikido and Karate, that I was trained in years ago, may not be an option at some point and I may need to defend me and/or my family with a gun. I will never desire for that to happen, but I want to be ready if that time should come. I didn't grow up around guns but I did serve in the Army National Guard for eight years. I really loved using the M-16 (Only on non-living targets!) and I qualified in the top of my company as an Expert. I thought that I would get an AR-15 as a civilian, but never have... yet. I did own a Glock 17 back in the 90's but I sold it to get money for a mission trip and just never replaced it. I have been re-educating myself on firearms over the last few years, however, with the help of guys like you. Again, thanks. My Pastor is a gun owner and we just had a "Conceal and Carry" class at our church. It was a huge success. We had around 120 people to attend. Unfortunately I wasn't one of them. I had a family event going on at the same time. When the next one is scheduled, I plan on attending. Over the last year, I purchased a used Maverick 88 by Mossberg, at a local gun store. It came with an 18" barrel and is mainly for home defense, but later I got a 28" for it and hope to maybe do some hunting with it as well. My most recent purchase is a Springfield Armory XDs 45 ACP. I really love that little guy! It is very easy and comfortable to shoot. The first two rounds I shot through it, I drilled a postcard from 50 feet.
