The Quest to Ban Styro-foam in the City of White Plains---by my SON!

Well here is the place on our website where I will track my 11 your old Son's quest to get the City of White Plains, NY to ban the use of Styro-foam!

It seems like a overwhelming task...but how cool would it be if my son and I could accomplish it!!!!! I will keep you all posted.

This past week I got in contact with my friends Dori and Val from More Hip Than Hippie to see if they had any suggestions about our project.  In the next few weeks they will do a podcast of how to petition your local government for change.  Also it seems that we are going to ban together on the Styro-foam ban effort and make this a coast-coast project.  A few of Dori and Val's subscribers have also shown interest in doing something in their neighborhoods as well...

Podcast #13 Climate Crisis

Today we looked at the Climate Crisis and what we can do about it.  We focused on www.wecansolveit.org.  They have a lot of great information and it is so important that you get involved!
